This hand written bit of paper fell out of an old cookbook, It is not dated, but there are some clues.  The reference to "boil over a low fire" suggests that author was using a wood or coal fired range rather than a gas or electric stove which were becoming increasingly common in the inter-war period.  The Sun-Maid brand dates back to 1915, but it is probable that the product was not widely available in Europe until the end of the First World War.  Thus it could have been penned sometime between 1920 to 1930.
